Updated: Feb 18, 2022

With the increasing usage of social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook & Tiktok many people claim that twitter is not a good option for businesses anymore. However we believe otherwise. The good news is that it is not true. Twitter is not dead for businesses, if used correctly.

Here are 3 major but simple things that can be done for a win-win situation.

1. Engage With Your Followers.

It’s important that you realise that your consumers are your main asset within your business. Engage with them by replying to their tweets or by retweeting. The more you engage with your customers the more they’re likely to get attached to your product/company. Having Real-time conversation with your consumers, who actually know and understand your company can make the consumers feel positive about your product/company. At all costs, please Avoid using Bots.

2. Increase The Twitter Usage During Live or Major Events On Twitter.

Fact- Twitter advertisements are 11% more efficient than ads on live television shows.

This shows that if you are not active during major events on twitter, then you are missing a big opportunity for your company/product. A good example of this would be the Super Bowl.

3. Try Asking Questions.

Asking your audience questions is considered very entertaining & engaging. It lets your followers know that you care about them & what they want. Twitter is considered a High social based platforms, meaning you can post up to 7 times a day without looking needy.

Twitter isn’t dead, and it will stay in the top 5 most used social platforms for a long time. People just need to use correct tactics for their businesses to reach their consumers and audience. Obviously, there are many other pointers which should also be kept in mind. But the stated 3 pointers are eye-catching rules which can definitely give you a greater reach on twitter.

But don’t forget one last thing, above everything, patience is the key to success. Work hard and be patient.
